Charles Xavier
       Charles was able to walk during the comic Secret Wars and had a much more active role.   I wanted to give Charles a little more for his points and by simply dropping a lot of his Leadership, look what we gained.   These powers work out to the same points as the Rookie (can you believe it!?)
